1. Controller

2. Data processed

When visiting: the server records accesses — IP address, time, page requested and browser identification. This serves operation and abuse prevention.
When purchasing: your e-mail address, to send you access, and the unlocked addresses, so that you can open them again.
Payment details are not collected by us. You enter them directly with Stripe; we only learn whether the payment succeeded.

3. Requests to third parties

To build the 3D view, your browser fetches data directly from third parties. The respective operator thereby learns your IP address:

• swisstopo (geo.admin.ch) — address search, aerial imagery and maps.
• Stripe — during payment only.

4. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies are set: the chosen language and, after a purchase, your access. There is no advertising tracking and no analysis of usage behaviour.

5. Retention

Server logs are deleted after a short time. Purchase data is kept as long as the credit exists, and beyond that for as long as the statutory retention period for business records requires.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion. An e-mail to kontakt@sonnenstand.ch is sufficient.
