1. Provider and scope

This service is operated by Timo Kläui, Gfennstrasse 40, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland, kontakt@sonnenstand.ch. These terms apply to the use of sonnenstand.ch and to the purchase of address credit.

2. Service

The view shows sun position and cast shadow for an address in Switzerland, computed from the official Swiss terrain, building and vegetation models. It shows the cloudless case and does not account for weather. It is neither an official extract nor an expert report; for building-law questions a professional must be consulted.

3. Price and payment

Five addresses cost CHF 5.–, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring payment. Access is unlocked immediately after payment; there is no shipment and no delivery time. A link is also sent that opens the credit on another device. Payment is handled by Stripe, whose terms apply in addition. Prices are in Swiss francs.

4. Credit

Purchased credit does not expire. An unlocked address can be opened as often as you like and for any date. Credit is personal and not transferable; access must not be shared or made public.

5. Refunds

The service is usable immediately. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for such purchases. If the view is unusable for technical reasons, the amount is refunded upon notice.

6. Availability

Uninterrupted operation is not warranted. Maintenance, faults and outages at upstream services may temporarily limit access.

7. Liability

The computation relies on official third-party data. No warranty is given as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Use is at your own risk; a property purchase decision must not rest on this view alone. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as the law permits.

8. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf.
